Privacy Policy

The short version. This website collects nothing about you. There are no analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no cookies. The launch-notification form is not connected to anything yet, so it stores no addresses. If that changes, this page changes first.

1. Who operates this site

This site, privateaios.com, is operated by PCMediaHost / Sagentica. Contact for any privacy request: privacy@privateaios.com.

2. What this website collects

Nothing. Specifically, at the time of writing this site does not:

set cookies of any kind;
run analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts;
build a profile of you, or share data with data brokers;
store the email address entered into the launch-notification form — that form has no destination while the site is in development, and it says so on screen rather than pretending to succeed.

Your browser stores one value locally, paios_seen_intro, purely so the introductory animation does not replay on every visit. It never leaves your device, is not readable by us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

3. Server logs

This site is served through a content delivery network, which processes ordinary request data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) to deliver pages and to protect against abuse. That is a legitimate-interest basis under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). We do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.

4. When the form is connected

If and when launch notifications go live, this section will be replaced before the form starts working, and will state exactly what is stored, where, for how long, and how to be removed. A single message about the product launch will be its only use. It will not be rented, sold or shared.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR (if you are in the EU/EEA/UK) you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data, and to complain to your supervisory authority.

Under the CCPA/CPRA (if you are a California resident) you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not have any to sell.

Because this site collects nothing, most such requests will be answered by confirming that we hold no data about you. Write to privacy@privateaios.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we knowingly collect no information from them.

7. The Private AIOS software

This policy covers this website only. The Private AIOS software is a separate matter and is designed to run locally on your own machine: the product claim is that it operates offline by default and asks before taking any action that reaches outside your device. The software will ship with its own privacy documentation describing what it does on your hardware. Nothing on this page should be read as a description of the software's behaviour.

8. Changes

Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. We will not begin collecting anything described here as not collected without changing this page first.
