1. Acceptance
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The site is informational, and the product is unreleased
Private AIOS is in active development. Everything described on this site is a statement of intended design, not a description of a shipping product, and it may change. No representation is made that any described feature will exist in a released version, or that a release will occur at all. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
- interfere with the site's operation, or probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission;
- scrape or reproduce the site's content for commercial purposes without permission;
- use the site in violation of any applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design, text and marks on this site are owned by the site operator, except where third-party material is identified. "Private AIOS" is a provisional product name; no claim of registered trade mark rights is made by its use on this site.
5. No warranty
This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to access this site (which is nothing) or USD 100.
7. External links
The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory law in their country of residence.
